247NXT operates an AI-team platform: a set of specialized AI agents that draft content, manage tasks, and support business operations for the workspaces ("clients") that use it. Agents act within the authority, approval and risk controls a workspace configures for them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Agent output — including drafts, analysis, task recommendations, and generated content — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Agent output is a starting point, not a guarantee of correctness, compliance, or fitness for any particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any consequential, external-facing, or high-risk action before it takes effect — including anything routed through this platform's approval and governance controls. Do not rely on an agent's own assessment of risk as a substitute for your own review.

Do not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security, approval, or governance controls.

Where a paid plan applies, billing terms (pricing, billing cycle, proration, and refund policy) are [billing terms — not yet finalized] and will be documented here before billing is enabled for new customers.

You may stop using the service, and where applicable cancel a paid plan, at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, including abuse of the service or a violation of Section 5.

You retain ownership of the business content, data, and materials you provide. We retain ownership of the platform itself — its software, agent configurations, and underlying technology. Nothing here transfers ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property to the other.

The service may connect to third-party integrations and services (for example, payment processing, delivery destinations for generated content, or authentication providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to that third party's own terms.

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, agents, and workflows may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting in-progress work when doing so.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 247NXT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
