Common questions

Frequently asked

How do I start my first outcome?

Describe the business result you want in plain language — the team coordinates the rest.

Tell 247NXT the outcome you want in plain language, the way you'd brief an employee — for example, "get me more customers" or "handle my front office." You don't need to pick a specific specialist or design a workflow yourself: the Chief of Staff routes the work to the right specialists, and you'll see the coordinated plan, who owns each part, and where your approval is needed before anything consequential happens.

What does my AI Chief of Staff do?

Coordinates your outcome into a plan and routes work to the right specialists.

Your AI Chief of Staff turns the outcome you set into a coordinated plan: it assigns work to specialists with clear roles and ownership, and it's the specialist most likely to bring you an executive-style briefing. It doesn't replace your judgment on consequential decisions — those still come to you for approval.

When does 247NXT ask for approval?

Routine work runs on its own; important or restricted actions wait for you.

Each specialist operates inside defined authority. Routine work inside that authority can move without waiting on you. Actions that are consequential, or that fall outside a specialist's authority, pause and wait for your approval with the relevant context attached. Restricted actions stay blocked entirely unless you explicitly authorize them — the system does not quietly expand its own authority over time.

How are monthly requests counted?

One request = one message you send to a specialist in chat.

A request is counted each time you send a message to one of your AI specialists in the client portal chat. Reading past conversations, viewing your dashboard, and receiving a specialist's reply don't use any of your monthly requests — only the message you send does. You can see your current usage and plan limit from your billing page at any time.

How do I connect an integration?

Open Tools in your dashboard and connect the accounts your specialists need.

From your dashboard's Tools page, choose the integration you want to connect (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or QuickBooks) and follow the connection flow for that provider. Once connected, specialists with permission to use that integration can work with it inside the authority you've granted them. You can review or disconnect any integration from the same page at any time.

How do I change my plan?

Change plans any time from your billing page — your history stays intact.

You can move between plans from the billing page in your dashboard. Changing plans changes your specialist access and monthly request capacity going forward; it does not remove your existing conversation history or completed work. If you need help choosing between plans, the pricing page explains what each tier includes, or you can reach out through Contact.

What happens if an agent cannot complete a task?

It surfaces the blocker to you rather than guessing or pretending it's done.

When a specialist can't complete a task — because it needs information only you have, hits a restricted action, or runs into a genuine blocker — it's designed to surface that to you rather than silently failing or claiming false success. You'll see what's blocking the work in Needs You, with the context needed to unblock it or decide next steps.

How do I report a problem?

Use Contact Support — through NXT Help or the Support Center — with what you were doing.

The fastest way to report a problem is through Contact Support, either from the NXT Help assistant or the Support Center. Include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when it occurred. For account, billing, security, or data concerns, our support team reviews these directly rather than an AI attempting to resolve them automatically.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page, NXT Help, or email support@247nxt.com.

You can reach 247NXT support through the Contact page, by starting a conversation with NXT Help (look for the help button), or by emailing support@247nxt.com directly for account and product issues.
